本研究旨在探討個體的正向自我效能對工作投入包含三項主要元件: 活力 (Vigor)、奉獻 (Dedication)、專注 (Absorption) 的影響。當自我效能融入於工作氛圍內，研究發現自我效能會影響員工工作投入，創造個體對工作的效率與在工作中表現自我要求；此外，本研究將探討知覺組織支持對自我效能與工作投入都有其震撼之效果。基於上述之研究動機，本研究冀望達到以下目的:一、探討員工的自我效能對工作投入 (活力、奉獻、專注) 之影響。二、探討員工的知覺組織支持對自我效能與工作投入之間關係干擾效果。調查方式運用Google表單製作電子問卷，以便利抽様和滾學球方式進行，量化統計分析知覺組織支持
為干擾探討自我效能對工作投入之影響。本研究總計回收467份問卷，扣除因填答者不合宜之無效問卷 (共43份) 後，有效問卷數共 424 份，有效回收率為84.8 %，將其資料透過SPSS 數據分析結果，提出研究主要發現和未來研究建議。

近年來，一種名為「平台經濟」的新興商業模式伴隨著科技的高度發展席捲全球。相較於典型之工作，此種新興經濟模式具有工作內容簡單、工時彈性、報酬即時性的特性，儼然創造了多元且門檻極低的就業機會，因而吸引了大量的勞務提供者的投入。平台經濟之興起一方面提供了企業與勞務提供者組織勞動力的全新方式，一方面卻也對既有勞動規制體系帶來衝擊。平台下不具備人格上從屬性之工作者，可能落入我國法下所謂自營作業者之範疇。本文於前段分析平台下自營作業者處境與保護需求，並透過檢視自營作業者有何等勞動與社會保障規範得以援用，進而歸納整理出現行法保護不足之處。針對平台勞動者保護不足之困境，歐陸國家即發展出創設第三類中間勞動類型
之立法模式，其中西班牙於2007年訂立自營作業者法，乃屬歐盟中首就自營作業者有系統地訂立專法之國家。本文乃以國際勞工組織以及西班牙自營作業者法等作為參考對象，就其等設立基礎、法制體例以及施行成效進行分析。期能結合多國平台治理與監管經驗，針對如何對平台中經濟上從屬工作者提供保護，以及應納入保障範圍提出具體建議，以供我國未來修法或政策擬定參酌。
