台北市市民運動中心設施管理指標建構之研究

摘要自民國九十年推動週休二日制度實施下，使國人擁有更多的閒暇時間，因此，休閒運動空間方面需求相對增加，但國人休閒空間面積仍稍嫌不足，故台北市政府於九十二年施政計畫中，規劃興建台北市各行政區運動中心，以推展體育健康政策，使各區市民利用閒暇就近住家進行休閒運動，提昇市民健康適能，養成市民終生運動習慣。迄今十二座運動中心皆已完工啟用，對於運動中心之設施管理部分相對重要，因此，本研究藉由現況調查分析運動中心設施管理之缺失及以AHP專家問卷建構設施管理指標，現況調查內容共分為五大部分，分為整體館舍基本資料、專業空間設施維護管理週期、公共空間設施維護管理週期、整體館舍設備維護管理週期及整體館舍環境清潔維

護週期。而AHP專家問卷共分為四個層級，分為三項評估面向，十項評估要項及三十六項評估因子，擬定專家問卷階層之影響構面，藉由問卷內容邀請專家學者進行評析擬出運動中心設施管理之指標建構。經由現況調查及專家問卷回收及彙整，並且做專家問卷一致性檢定、權重成果分析及權重排序差異性分析，研究結果歸納為以下幾點：１、從現況調查得知，運動中心大多設有專業維護人員，且定時定期保養。２、對於場館淋浴間設置於公共空間，民眾可自由進出導致不易管理，故　　可安排場館人員加強巡邏，也可增設監視系統、張貼公告，告知使用者注意個人安全及財物保管。３、運動中心設施管理其主要考量為生活休閒服務，包含提供使用者租借場　　館空間使用
