為清楚勾勒出智慧物聯網研究發展樣貌，本研究探索Web of Science 1975年至2021年5,436篇「智慧物聯網」為主題的文獻。經文獻計量分析發現：(1)文獻出版年份為2012-2021年，2012-2016年為生長期，2017-2021年為發展期；(2)《IEEE Internet of Things Journal》是AIoT議題最具影響力的期刊；(3)中國大陸、美國、印度發表篇數分居前3名，臺灣位居第9名；(4) AIoT文獻可區分「工業4.0管理、智慧城市治理及未來挑戰」等7個集群。以潛在狄利克雷分佈(Latent Dirichlet allocation, LDA)發現
文獻聚焦在「智慧醫療」等6個主題。綜觀文獻計量分析關鍵字共現聚類，以及LDA潛在主題重點，均關注智慧醫療、工業4.0、資通安全及隱私保護的議題。就AIoT國防應用，提列「智慧物聯網多元軍事應用」等2項建議，並對國軍人事等8個業務工作面向，提供「人才招募客服聊天機器人」等21項AIoT可行方案，藉由導入智慧物聯網，提升智慧國防戰力，帶動全民支持及參與國防。透過上述研究發現，以及文獻計量分析、LDA主題建模的分析過程，可有效探討智慧物聯網研究，迅速掌握領域研究樣貌，並且提供後續相關研究納為參考與指引。

女性議題近年來一直都是國際關注的焦點，隨著性別平等意識的崛起與地位與權力的提升，掌握社會身份與自我情緒之間的衝突成為女性最重要的課題，而努力從中取得平衡並尋找自我的認同，即是未來時代女性權力者所要面對的新挑戰。為了使女性權力者在身份束縛與內心情感調和中認知自我，本研究將透過一連串的線上與線下體驗設計來喚醒女性內心真實的自我感受與性格特質，並剖析使用者對於體驗的感受與回饋，以及設計是否能讓使用者認同並產生共鳴。本研究以25歲（含）以上，有自主經濟消費能力之女性使用者為主要研究對象，透過文獻分析關注在身份切換中女性所產生的情緒壓力與特質，以及用服務設計的手法來執行研究與設計規劃，設計分為兩個階段
：第一階段為商品設計，設計取材選用歷史上著名的八位女性權力者，運用文獻分析法，從歷史文本中提取與其相關物件、事件之元素，研究相關視覺要素等，並依照統整分析結果轉化，發展出符合情感設計之系列商品；第二階段體驗設計則透過服務設計工具規劃體驗流程，結合線上ARG實境解謎遊戲與線下實境體驗展，來創造全通路的使用者體驗，透過心理測驗等體驗，讓使用者認同分析出來的性格特質，讓使用者從女性權力者特質中找到與自己的情緒共鳴，進而對設計產生認同，最後以半結構式深度訪談法與服務設計工具進行使用者歷程的測試。本創作研究論述著重在創作手法建立，將一整套完整的設計步驟記錄下來，形成創作架構，最後利用服務設計手法串連成為
完整體驗流程，並執行使用者歷程的測試，將創作過程流程化，變成一套可被分析拆解研究的架構，提供後續類似設計手法做創作參考。
