南海和平與衝突研究— 以2010-2022年中華民國南海政策與經略為例

科技創新引發大眾消費習慣的改變，現今消費者於便利商店購物時，也不再侷限只能仰賴傳統現金支付方式，可以擁有更多支付選擇，除此之外，只要下載便利商店業者自行開發的專屬APP(Application，應用程式)，就能享有自動蒐集點數、發票、咖啡寄杯、轉贈給親朋好友等功能，只需在手機上即可完成，不僅減少繁複的作業流程，還帶給消費者以及便利商店業者，簡便快速的購物體驗，這也引起本研究探討消費者選擇下載便利商店APP之關鍵因素動機。 本研究藉由文獻整理後，建構出影響消費者選擇下載便利商店APP之關鍵因素及層級架構，得出5個關鍵構面，以及22個關鍵因素，並收集62位有使用便利商店APP有效受測者問卷

，以層級分析法(AHP, Analytic Hierarchy Process)進行分析，以此探討消費者選擇下載便利商店APP之關鍵因素。本研究結果顯示，影響消費者選擇下載便利商店APP之構面排序為：「APP功能」、「APP設計」、「集點活動」、「其他優惠活動」、「企業」，前五名重要的因素排序為「多元支付」、「會員福利」、「現金折抵」、「咖啡跨店寄杯」、「隱私及安全」。 最後，本研究依前五名因素提出建議，希望協助便利商店業者擬定未來平台APP研發及發展策略，使其APP功能能更加貼近使用者的需求。
