本研究之研究目的在於探討員工的斜槓傾向以及工作狂對創新行為的影響,以及工作狂在斜槓傾向與創新行為間的調節效果。本研究以高科技產業員工為研究對象,採用問卷調查法,共回收307份有效問卷,並以SPSS及Amos進行階層性迴歸分析。結果發現(1)斜槓傾向對創新行為有正向的影響。(2)工作狂對創新行為亦有正向影響。(3)工作狂在斜槓傾向與創新行為間並無調節作用。最後,本研究根據研究結果提出理論及實務意涵,並針對研究限制及未來研究建議加以討論。

探索越南在台員工的跨文化溝通

自從台灣和越南政府於1999年5月正式簽署《派遣和接受越南勞動協議》以來,越南在台灣的勞動力逐漸增加。越南和台灣在天氣,地理上都非常接近,但實際上兩國的歷史和發展皆有所不同;因此,當兩國人民共事時,在文化,習俗和行為上仍然存在許多差異。這項質性研究採用霍夫斯泰德(Hofstede’s,1984)的文化比較理論,對七名越南員工和一名越南專家的個人半結構式訪談,旨在探索於不同產業與階級的越南員工在台灣工廠環境裡的跨文化溝通與挑戰。以越南移民在台灣的產業為藍本,研究人員開始針對和選擇邀請七名越南參與者進行半結構訪談。受訪者包含男性和女性,藍領和白領的工作階級的越南員工。本研究發現大多數越南受訪人認

為台灣工作環境中的權力距離較小,但有兩個例外情況,與越南員工認同差距相關:藍領中較高工作經驗與較低中文溝通力。本研究中之台灣工廠以工作團體為主,在乎集體意識,公司上下級或同事之間的關係會影響員工的成果和努力以及生產效率。與此時的越南相比,台灣擁有平等地位和較高女權主義的工作環境,性別歧視較低,女性權利和女性價值受到尊重,並且對不確定性的迴避程度較高。建議在台灣的越南移民勞工持續學習中文及交流文化,藉以了解語言、不同的文化和行為,以進行跨文化交流。台灣雇主應該更多地關注移民勞工,通過為移民創造更多機會以提高他們的語言技能,更好地了解台灣文化,幫助他們克服文化差異,增加職場溝通,跨越文化溝通之挑戰
