都市校園與社區介面生態設計之研究─清雲科技大學西側沿街面為例

形塑自然生態的都市校園環境，可有效降低都市過度開發對於環境的衝擊。因此善用校園的開放空間，復育生態景觀，增加都市綠島，可提供民眾及緊鄰社區居民得以親近自然環境的資源。清雲科技大學座落於桃園縣中壢市中心內，校園發展之初，於周邊豎立高牆，與社區居民環境產生隔閡；而為消弭現況環境介面生硬不舒適的問題，必須以生態處理整合校園與社區之介面環境。本研究以清雲科技大學西側沿街面為生態介面設計操作對象，透過文獻回顧及相關理論之應用，首先探討永續發展的重要性，進而分析生態都市相關理論與永續校園及生態社區之關係，並釐清生態設計之方法與解析介面議題的理論根據，作為本研究之基礎架構，最後藉由相關案例的借鏡與本研究個
案之基地環境進行詳細分析，整合出適合當地環境之生態介面設計操作手法，進行模擬設計。本研究經由設計模擬操作，建議形塑校園與社區之生態介面，宜透過校園與社區的溝通互動適切開放，校園需改變以高牆作為校區領域的觀念，社區在環境正義的前提下凝聚對生態尊重的共同價值觀，學校可以鼓勵相關系所師生的規劃設計協助，社區可藉由營造方式鼓勵民眾參與，共同攜手將中介空間以適切的生態設計方法復育環境，增進景觀連接效益，改善傳統校園與地方社區的生態介面，整合環境與自然的和諧平衡。
