本研究旨在了解男同志對交友APP顯示HIV狀態的使用態度與交友行為之現況，探討對HIV認知、顯示HIV狀態的使用態度、交友行為之差異與相關。採用便利取樣收集年滿二十歲以上，且現行有使用男同志交友APP之男性885人。使用網路自陳問卷調查其「個人背景資料」、「對他人顯示HIV狀態之交友意願量表」、「自我顯示HIV狀態的使用意向量表」、「HIV認知量表」及「顯示HIV狀態的使用態度量表」。結果發現：(1) 陰性或不確定HIV狀態者約80% 於APP真實顯示，陽性HIV狀態者則為7.6%-20.4%。(2) 顯示HIV狀態的使用態度呈現中性偏正向的態度 (3.00分-4.05分)。(3) HIV認

知越高，越不會對顯示HIV狀態產生管理性健康的依賴；HIV認知越低，越認為顯示HIV狀態有助於提升用戶間的信任。(4)認為顯示HIV狀態較能達到「管理性健康」、「處理愛滋汙名」、「提升用戶信任」者，對他人「顯示陽性」、「顯示陽性，但檢測不到病毒」所採取的交友意願較低。結論：顯示HIV狀態作為交友APP個人資訊，不利於HIV陽性使用者發展交友行為，並助長汙名的身分標記，無法有效降低愛滋病毒的傳播風險。
