寵物袋的設計與改良

本研究用國際專利分類(IPC)蒐集寵物袋的台灣、日本、美國專利,找出幾個有興趣的專利,再挑出造型簡易的日本專利實用新案登録第3137915加以改善。首先利用TRIZ理論中的質場分析找出要改善的部份,吊帶加壓於人,然後修正質場模型,用一中介物充氣袋,減輕吊帶對人的壓力。本實驗所使用的壓力檢測設備是多點壓力薄膜量測系統。三種不同的充氣袋(長條型空氣棒、小型旅行用空氣枕、化學乳膠枕)用作減壓中介物,實驗結果顯示這三種充氣袋皆有減壓效果。其中以長條型空氣棒的效果最好,減壓效果約91%,其次是小型旅行用空氣枕,減壓效果約59%,最後是化學乳膠枕,減壓效果約34%。由於長條型空氣棒在縫入吊袋內不是那麼方

便,因此在實務上建議用空氣枕作減壓工具。本研究的貢獻有三:一、本研究的寵物袋能夠裝體重8公斤左右身高35-40公分左右的寵物。二、使用本研究的開發產品在使用空氣枕作減壓中介物時能夠達到59%減壓的效果,在使用時能夠有較舒適的效果。三、本研究產品不使用時能夠放在汽車、機車上,在臨時需要時可以拿出來用達到便利性的效果。關鍵字:質場分析、空氣枕、減壓、壓力薄膜量測
