近年來，全球暖化現象的溫室效應已造成生態浩劫，極端氣候帶來的天災也更頻繁地發生，經濟開發對於全球環境產生嚴重破壞，如何維護環境生態，成為人們開始重視的議題。自2020年Covid-19（新型冠狀病毒肺炎）疫情爆發後，使人們清潔消毒觀念更加提升，要遠離病症，保持身體健康，除了作息正常、經常運動外，保持居家環境清潔也是相當重要的。在消費者對健康概念、環保議題等意識抬頭下，消費者的行為產生變化，消費者開始重視產品本身是否會危害身體健康及環境破壞，故在選擇家居清潔用品上，也開始注重產品是否為有機或是天然，有無過度加工或是其化學成分可能帶來的影響，因此改以選購天然家居清潔用品。本研究想了解消費者購買天

然家居清潔用品的關鍵因素，希望透過研究結果協助相關清潔用品業者，開發更加符合及貼近消費者需求的產品，並有助業者擬定適宜的營銷方針。本研究經文獻探討，找出影響消費者購買天然家居清潔用品之決策關鍵考量，建構出具六個構面和二十三項關鍵因素的層級架構，接著進行問卷調查，並以AHP層級法來加以分析。本研究結果顯示，影響消費者購買天然家居清潔用品的關鍵構面排序為「功能構面」、「產品構面」、「綠色構面」、「通路構面」、「行銷構面」、「服務構面」。二十三項關鍵因素之前四名排序為「清潔效果」、「對人體無害」、「成分」、「品質」。另外，本研究針對男性及女性受訪者之因素排序以Spearman等級相關檢定法進行差異比
