購買意願；實驗二新增評論數量與已售數量作為調節變數與第三方背書形成交互作用，結果顯示除了銷售數量與蝦皮優選的交互作用對感知風險及購買意願不顯著外，其餘蝦皮優選、評論數量與銷售數量的交互作用對信任、感知風險及購買意願都有顯著的影響，並且高評論數量與已售數量對信任與低感知風險有正向影響，而當評論數少時蝦皮優選則會變成影響信任及感知風險並間接消費者購買的重要因素。
