臺灣城市多數面臨舊有市中心建物老化影響,在民國88年九二一大地震後,更新相關建築法規,提高建物耐震強度規定。因應新型建築法規上路,政府加速推動已開發都會區都市更新,而此類型小區域(1000~5000坪)地形測量多數會受限於既有開發方式,以及當地居民於防火巷增設柵門或是增建等狀況,影響地形測繪作業效率,甚至許多狹小巷內無法完成地形測繪,導致都市更新整合不易,時程延宕。新型技術的發展,加速帶動了許多測繪執行以及城市更新的需求,越來越多的計畫希望能有即拍即獲得的測繪成果,同時,也希望能兼顧成果展示的需求。此時,消費型無人機就成為了快速更新相關基礎圖資的一大利器。本研究依據我國交通部民用航空局設定的

飛航等級規定,針對黃區以及綠區限制高度(綠區約120公尺;黃區約60公尺),利用影像多重匹配技術,產製真實三維高擬真地景地貌模型、點雲以及真實正射,輔助傳統地形測量不易區域的遮蔽區域,彌補人為不易到達區域地形地物測量。彙整作業時間以及所需作業流程等因素進行成效分析,提供實務應用參考。其中,如以現況調查為用途,使用原始航拍影像即可;如需進一步獲得1/1000等級測量成果,需進行三維珍高擬真地景地貌模型重建才可達成目的。
