旨辛がクセになるタンタンメン、再訪！『元祖ニュータンタンメン本舗町田店』にお邪魔しました。タンタンメン、といえばコンビニカップ麺が話題になる蒙古タンメン中本のような激辛のものから辛味噌とひき肉を炒めたスタイルまで意外にも幅が広いラーメンです。ニュータンタンメンのラーメンは溶き卵と辛味というユニークな組み合わせが特徴。1963年創業時に創業者が試行錯誤して作り上げたものだそうです。その名にちなみ別名「イソゲン（五十源）」とも呼ばれ、鉢の底にはイソゲンのロゴがプリントされています。ライスとの相性もバッチリ！美味しくてクセになる一杯、早速ご覧ください。
