　　本研究旨在探討新手父母親職參與、性滿意度與婚姻滿意度之相關性與現況。使用網路問卷調查，研究參與者為509位育有2歲以內幼兒之新手父母。研究工具為「個人基本資料」、「親職參與量表」、「性滿意度量表」與「婚姻滿意度量表」。所蒐集之資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、卡方考驗、皮爾森積差相關和多元逐步迴歸進行分析，研究結果如下：一、新手父母在親職參與向度中，女性在「陪伴照料」、「身體護理」、「生活採買」和「整體親職參與」皆高於男性；子女年齡較大之父母的「陪伴照料」、「身體護理」、「責任行為」和「整體親職參與」顯著較高；對子女的「陪伴照料」、「身體護理」、「生活採買」和「整體親職

參與」皆是工作時間低者參與較多；而在「陪伴照料」與「整體親職參與」皆為「小家庭」新手父母高於「折衷家庭」新手父母。二、新手父母的子女年齡愈小、經濟狀況為富裕小康，以及性行為頻率愈高者，性滿意度愈高。三、新手父母為預期懷孕且子女年齡愈小、經濟狀況為富裕小康、性行為頻率愈多者，婚姻滿意度愈高。四、新手父親的工作時間顯著高於新手母親。五、新手父母性滿意度與婚姻滿意度有中等程度正相關，且性滿意度可以預測婚姻滿意度，解釋力為34.6%。　　依據以上結果，本研究提出具體建議，以供新手父母、助人工作者、政府單位與未來研究者參考。
