近年來的加密貨幣投資交易與使用的趨勢對於商界名人乃至一般大眾掀起了一股熱潮,但是過去對於加密貨幣的應用與探討著重於對金融交易體系的衝擊與商業價值,對於使用/持有加密貨幣之動機意圖的研究較少,本研究將探討加密貨幣有別於傳統金融商品的交易模式下所帶來的吸引力,以科技準備度中的積極促進因素與抑制因素衡量,以及透過科技正念衡量使用者的自身對資訊科技之使用態度在面對加密貨幣交易/持有時所帶來的風險衡量,對加密貨幣交易平台的信任評估下所產生的使用意圖,並且加入擁有投資經驗、金融素養豐富與否等作為影響使用/持有加密貨幣之動機意圖的知覺信任與知覺風險因素。本研究透過Survey Cake進行問卷發放與回收,

針對擁有加密貨幣或金融投資相關經驗者和愛好者進行資料蒐集,最終共得到 337份有效樣本,將樣本進行資料處理再以偏最小平方法(PLS)進行分析驗證。結果發現科技正念與科技準備度抑制因素對加密貨幣使用/持有之知覺信任與知覺風險都有顯著的影響。本研究提出之學術意涵與實務意涵,為加密貨幣交易平台提供潛在用戶與現有用戶的動機因素,這些結果將有助於加密貨幣交易服務商制定成功的服務內容行銷策略。

背景:在高維度存活基因組數據中,辨識癌症相關基因是生物資訊學領域的一個具有挑戰性的議題。近年來,已經開發了許多具有高維度存活基因組數據的存活結果特徵篩選方法,然而很少有研究結果比較這些特徵篩選方法,本論文的主要目的是進行一系列系統化的比較;本論文的第二個目的是利用這些特徵篩選方法,使用美國癌症基因組圖譜的存活基因資料,進一步建立更準確的存活預測模型。結果:模擬研究證明網絡調整特徵篩選IPCW-tau(NPN-MB)表現良好,優於現有流行的單變量獨立特徵篩選方法。在實際資料的應用中,證明所提出的網絡調整特徵篩選方法比不考慮基因與基因相關性訊息的替代方法更能精確地預測病人的存活時間,以美國癌症基
